      • Provide first- and advanced-level phone, email, remote and on-site support to desktop and server systems
      • Diagnose hardware and software issues, troubleshoot problems with operating systems, devices, drivers, and applications in Windows Server (2003 Standard, 2003 SBS, 2000), Windows (XP Pro, XP Home, 2000, ME, 9x), and DOS
