I made this afghan for my mother for a
Christmas present. I was so excited about giving it to her, however,
that I actually made it a Thanksgiving present.

I made this afghan to be a Christmas
present for my yoga instructor. The kitty isn't part of the present,
but she just looked so cute, I couldn't resist including her in the
picture.
This pattern is called "Jazzy Journey" and is from the Leisure Arts book, "Afghans by the Alphabet". It measures about 4.5' x 5.5'. Made: 2003 |

Okay - this isn't really an afghan, but
my kitties sure like it! I wanted to try out some color
combinations, so I made this pet mat. Although my kitties wanted me
to keep it, I donated it to the local animal hospital.

This afghan is made with a
blue/multi-colored wool yarn. It is hard to see the details, but it
is really very pretty.
The pattern is called Perfect and is from the Leisure Arts book, So Pretty Pineapple Afghans. Made: 2002 |
