Gidget and Niblet really hit it off, which was somewhat surprising since Nibby would scream anytime he saw one of the kitties in the bathroom and Gidget would run to attack every time she heard him scream.  But now they cuddle and play and lick and snuggle each other.  For the first few months as a family member, Gidget played police-kitty, making sure Happy didn't pick on any of the other kitties.  Since that policing activity, Happy has calmed down considerably.  She's more social and comes out of the bedroom more than pre-Gidget.  Gidget has calmed down on her vigilante activities and has become a fluffy, pudgy little girl who likes watching birds and chattering warnings at them through the windows. 

She's our little fluff bucket.  We never would have imagined that she would be so fluffy when she first joined us.  Her fur is so soft when you pet her, it is like petting a long-haired bunny.  Thus the nickname Bunny-kitty.  She has the best reaction anytime you give her face a little scratching love. She will point her nose towards the ceiling, leaning up into the scratching hand and she will open her mouth and show off her plump and pink bottom lip while she squeezes her eyes shut tightly.  It's adorable and one of the many reasons we love our Gidgie!
