Miho and Kei, Part I

Guess who was here last weekend? Miho and Kei! (You can see Kei's blog here. I've known Miho for more than half my life. Seriously! She's one of my oldest friends. And she and her hubby came to Texas and visited some of her old host families and some friends. And we made the list of people they saw - yay!

So Thursday I joined them in Graham with my parents and we all went to Albany and Abilene. Then Friday they came home with us and did some of that oh-so-important foreign shopping. Then Saturday we went off to Waco and then the rodeo in Fort Worth.

All in all it was a great time - lots and lots of fun. And I required lots and lots of sleep to catch up afterward!

Anyway, I've got some of the pictures up and ready but not all, so here are some pictures from Thursday and Friday with Saturday pictures coming in the next few days.

Thursday

Miho at the Labyrinth in Albany

Lunch at Chili's

Miho and Kei Making Music at The Grace Museum's Wall of Sound Sculpture

Dubbed (by myself) "The Disapproving Hippo"

Friday

Making Sure Miho & Kei Get Some Tex-Mex

Shopping, American-Style, aka In Bulk

That's all for now (unless you have me friended on FaceBook, I'll be putting up more on there soon). I'll post Saturday's goodies (hopefully) soon!

I am very happy Sammy wasn't in your luggage. He probably would have made you go over the weight limit! :)

Maybe we can bring y'all a good enchilada or something when we come visit next year. :D
