May I suggest?

A friend of mine just sent me some tea-goodies and in it was Adagio's Honeybush Hazelnut. It's honeybush, so decaf. And also something that I haven't overly enjoyed in the past. I mean, it is better than rooibos (which reminds me greatly of cardboard), but I've still not been all that enamored.

Well, color me corrected. The hazelnut honeybush is very yum. But also not too very tea-like. The taste makes me think of plain coffee (just normal, nothing special, not overly strong coffee) that has has a little pot or two of hazelnut creamer put in it. The flavor even lasted through a second steep.

Dan's an even bigger fan of this than I am. We use a 5-star rating system to rate teas and he gave it five and a half. (I gave it four, if you were curios).

Anyway, not overly "tea" like but I like coffe, too (though it doesn't like me) and this kinda fulfills that taste. So yay!
